Refund policy
At Saint Peach, we value your satisfaction and ensure every product is carefully checked before shipping. Please read our policy before making a purchase:
1. Returns
– We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, no questions asked.
– The customer will bear the reverse shipment cost.
– Our team will provide the return shipping label and handle processing.
2. Refunds
– Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:
– Wrong size delivered
– Wrong item delivered
– Damaged or defective product received
4. Proof Requirement
For any exchange or claim, customers must provide an unboxing video and/or clear photos of the product as evidence. Requests without proof will not be considered.
5. Time Frame
– Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
– Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
– After these periods, no requests will be entertained.
6. Product Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange:
– The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
– All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
7. Approval & Process
– Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.
– For returns: we’ll provide the return label and process once the product is received back.
– For exchanges: approval is subject to stock availability.
